Certain words used in this document have specific meanings, which are described below. These definitions apply throughout the Terms.

What does "Platform" mean

The ok22 website, mobile web version, and all gaming, sports betting, and live casino services provided through them are collectively referred to as the "Platform".

What does "Account" mean

The personal profile a user creates through registration, through which they can use ok22 services, deposit funds, and make withdrawals.

What does "Bet" or "Wager" mean

Deciding on an amount of money to participate in a game or event and placing that amount at risk is referred to as a "bet" or "wager".

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account on the ok22 platform. ok22 reserves the right to verify your age. If the age requirement is not met, the account will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be closed and any bonuses will be considered void.

Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Opening an account with false information and identity fraud are strictly prohibited. ok22 may request identity verification at any time.

Account Security

Accepted Payment Methods

ok22 currently supports only three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.) Deposits may only be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes

Withdrawal Terms

Before processing a withdrawal request, ok22 reserves the right to verify your identity and confirm that all bonus wagering requirements have been met. It is advisable to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.

Welcome Bonus

ok22 offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus.

How the Wagering Requirement is Calculated

Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• Each promotional offer may have its own terms, which will be stated in the offer details.
• Each bonus may be claimed only once per account.
• If bonus misuse or fraud is found, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
• ok22 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus may be cancelled.

ok22's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate is different for each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression depends on your regular participation and activity on the platform. The benefits and cashback rates for each tier may change. Cashback is added directly to your ok22 account and can be withdrawn subject to specific conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ok22:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward other players or ok22 staff.
• Participating in betting syndicates or coordinated fraud.

If any such activity is proven, the relevant account will be permanently closed, the balance will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

RTP & Fair Game

All games on ok22 are operated using verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial and reliable results. RTP (Return to Player) is a long-term theoretical statistic — wins or losses in the short term are not guaranteed.

What to Do in Case of a Technical Issue

If a technical error occurs during a game, ok22 reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the wagered amount. ok22 is not obligated to pay out large winnings that were displayed by chance as a result of a technical error.

ok22 allows betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following terms apply specifically to sports betting:

• Bets placed after an event has started may be accepted or voided at ok22's discretion.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the relevant bets will be settled according to ok22's established rules.
• Market odds and probabilities are subject to change — bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• ok22 reserves the right to cancel or revise bets in cases of obvious pricing errors or irregular markets.
• Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited and is subject to penalties.

Self-Exclusion Feature

Any player may request to have their account suspended for a specific period or permanently. During self-exclusion, ok22 will stop all new promotional communications.

Setting Deposit Limits

Players can set their daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit may take some time to come into effect.

Closure by the User

• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Losses during unexpected service interruptions or technical maintenance.
